Once you are logged into your account, navigate to the Products drop down menu bar and select ‘PRODUCT LISTINGS’. Click on the green ‘+ ADD PRODUCT’ button on the far right of the screen to add a product. You can add as many

products as you like.

You must make sure to check your orders with SDX every week. However, you will also receive an email when an order comes through. Make sure to check emails are not being sent to your SPAM folder.

Navigate to the ‘ORDERS’ menu and lick ‘ORDER LISTING’ you will see your new order has appeared! To mark this as fulfilled click the far right three dots on your order bar next to the red ‘UNFULFILLED’ button.

You can view the shipping charges, address and most importantly, mark your order as fulfilled here. This will alert the customer that their shipment is on its way and send them an email automation. Click on the big blue button labelled ‘PROCEED TO FULFILL THE ORDER'

You can select how many of the product you are currently fulfilling, say you might have shipped out 2 of the 5 as you are waiting on some stock. Now hit the blue button ‘FULFILL NOW'

You will see a pop-up window, select your shipping and enter any tracking info (optional)

Your order will now have a green ‘FULFILLED’ status confirming it is complete. You can click the ‘ACTIONS’ button to edit any tracking or print out your shipping details for the customer. 

Once all the other product information has been saved, scroll down to the bottom of your product page where you will now see the variant options. Whether that is colour, size, framed/unframed or stock holding etc.

To add a new variant hit the ‘ADD VARIANT’ along the top of this box or hit the 'EDIT' button by clicking on the 3 dots on the far right to edit a current variant's information (including inventory)

To change the inventory you need to select it to 'Track this product’s inventory' and then enter quantity in the box below.

SDX online shop will offer site wide FREE UK shipping. To account for this you can adjust your product pricing. This decision was made as many sellers were finding the shipping profiles confusing or were not activating their shipping overall.

When setting up shipping for International Orders (not currently active) and any other methods in the future please follow the shipping guide that will be sent to you once this is made available. We will use the markeplace shipping profiles for this purpose.
